In a world where technology is rapidly changing all areas of business it is important for users to be able to take advantage of the new services these changes are bringing about. Unfortunately however, many users are lost because they are not 'tech savy' enough. Well I say the hell with that! It is not the users who should be 'savy', it is the designers and developers that should be making usable products.
